This privacy policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information collected through ParquetReader.com, which offers a service to view and convert Apache Parquet, Avro, ORC, or Feather files into CSV or JSON format. Files you upload are processed in temporary secure storage only. We do NOT permanently store your files, and they are automatically deleted once processing is complete. We NEVER share your files with third parties.

For performance monitoring and abuse prevention, we log minimal metadata. These logs never include file contents. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not shared with third parties.

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details. API keys are linked only to your email address and subscription status, and are used solely to authenticate your requests.

When you run SQL queries on your uploaded file, the queries and their results are processed in-memory only.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. The files you upload are private to you and never leave our system during processing.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information collected through our website from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

For visitors from the EU/EEA, we process personal data (such as IP addresses and analytics data) under legitimate interest for service improvement, security, and abuse prevention.
